Peachy Collective is a home of pop culture & queer positive apparel and accessories! They carry various accessories and apparel pieces, but specialize in enamel pins. With item themes ranging from Star Wars to Steven Universe, there is something to offer to everyone.

 

Shipping faq:

 

What shipping service do you use?
We use USPS First Class and USPS International First Class in a bubble mailer or box depending on what you ordered. 

How long does shipping take?
We typically ship things out 3-5 days after you placed your order. Pre-orders can take 3-5 weeks to ship. Follow us on instagram to keep up with all pre-order information @peachycollective If you placed a multi-item order that contains a pre-order your items will not be shipping out until the pre-order ends. 

It's been several weeks and my order is still not here, what should I do?
(International Customers) Please check your tracking information! If it says the package has left the USA, I can no longer track it until it is scanned in your country. Please call your local post office, they are often more able to give you answers. I have had several customers contact me with this problem, and their orders have arrived within the week they contacted me.

Do you all offer shipping insurance?
YES!
We aren't held responsible for packages that are lost by USPS, or sent to the wrong address. We are not responsible if you give us your address incorrectly and it is shipped back to us. We HIGHLY recommend that you purchase Insurance for $2.10 extra to make sure that you have insurance on your order just incase USPS messes up and you don't receive your order! (Covers up to $100). If your order is sent back to us because you gave us the wrong address and you did not purchase insurance, you will be asked to pay for shipping once again or we will refund your order minus original shipping cost. You can pick-up your insurance here! 

 

Pin Grading System:

 

Unless stated, all pins are Standard Grade

Standard Grade: These pins will not have major defects but could have minor imperfections which include but are not limited to: tiny bubble in enamel or coating, imperfections in the metal, superficial scratches to metal surfaces, Tiny stray glitter/enamel specs, or superficial spreads into other enamel. Defects are tiny enough to not be noticed when wearing. These pins are meant to be worn and shown off to the world!  

B-Grade: This means there may be defects in your pin. This includes but is not limited to peeling enamel, air bubbles, dust, stray glitter/enamel specks, or low-fill enamel. Most defects are very small and would not be noticed when wearing

 

Refund Policy:

 

Refunds will not be given on orders where tracking shows that the items were delivered. Refunds will not be given if you contact me after your tracking number is no longer valid. If I can not see that it wasn't delivered to you, I can not refund you. 

Refunds will not be given if you are unhappy with the quality of the pin. Quality standards are very clearly stated above and when purchasing you agree to these terms.

Refunds or replacements may be given if your pin was obviously damaged during shipping. Please do not contact me if it damages after you've had it for any amount of time. Refunds will only be given once the pin is shipped back to me. Buyer is responsible for return shipping fees.

We don't honor buyer's remorse, so don't even try it.
