Hi, my name is Vannah and I run Peachy Collective! We are a small Bangtan-inspired shop that specializes in apparel and accessories. In addition to new garments, we have a small selection of upcycled one-of-a-kind pieces!

Shipping faq:
 What shipping service do you use?
We use USPS First Class and USPS International First Class in a poly mailer or box depending on what you ordered. 
Buyers are responsible for any and all customs fees, import taxes, or other delivery-related charges once the item has been shipped. If an item is sent back to me due to unpaid import charges or custom fees the item is then forfeited back to the shop. 

How long does shipping take?
We typically ship in stock items within 2-3 days after purchase. Pre-orders can take 2-4 weeks depending on the item. Each individual item will have a pre-order time on it so please check the item listings!

If you placed a multi-item order that contains a pre-order your items will not be shipping out until the pre-order ends. 
It's been several weeks and my order is still not here, what should I do?
(International Customers) Please check your tracking information! If it says the package has left the USA, we can no longer track it until it is scanned in your country. Please call your local post office, they are often more able to give you answers that we can!  

Do you all offer shipping insurance?
YES!

Sometimes things get lost in transit, and that stinks!
Make sure to have yourself covered just in-case that happens with shipping insurance!
We aren't held responsible for packages that are lost by USPS or UPS, or sent to the wrong address. We are not responsible if you give us your address incorrectly and it is shipped back to us. We HIGHLY recommend that you purchase Insurance to make sure you are covered if USPS or UPS messes up and you don't receive your order! 
When purchasing please make sure to purchase enough to cover your whole order!

If your order is sent back to us because you gave us the wrong address and you did not purchase insurance, you will be asked to pay for shipping once again or we will refund your order minus original shipping cost.
 
 
Exchange/Refund Policy:
For exchanges, we ask that you pay to ship the item back to us and we will cover shipping costs for the replacement.
Buyer is responsible for return shipping fees.
We do not offer refunds on any orders unless there was a problem on our end. If you have a problem with your order please reach out to us!
